Isn't she Beautiful?!

Friday, September 19th...my beautiful sister Kim got married! It was a perfect day, and I'm so happy for both her and Steve. She was just so happy, and kept telling me all day how "this has been the best day ever". I'm so glad! We are so happy to have Steve an official part of our family...we love him, and are greatful that him and Kim finally found eachother!

Here is a recap of the wonderful day! Enjoy!

They were married at 11:00 a.m. in the Salt Lake Temple. Everything about it was perfect! She was lucky to have all of her best friends there for her, and so many family members!

After the Temple we were able to have a little break for lunch. Ben & I, my Mom, and Aunt Shelly all went to lunch with the happy couple!!!

Then it was off to the reception! They had it at Magnolia Grove...what a beautiful place! Everything looked perfect. The centerpieces we were stressed over turned out great...the cakes looked awesome, the book I worked on for months turned out great (yes I'm giving myself props...I worked dang hard on that thing!) It was such a fun night! We saw so many friends and family. It was great to see all the support for Kim & Steve!

What a beautiful little Flower Girl!

Ok, so I have SO many pictures to post...I'm attempting a collage! Hopefully you can click on it to make the pictures bigger!

It was such a great day, and I couldn't be happier for Kim & Steve! We love you guys!

The CIRCUS!!!

Today we went to the Circus! We had so much fun! I have never been before (at least that I remember!), and thought it sounded like a fun idea. Zoey is absolutely obsessed with Elephants, so we knew she'd love it! She kept asking the whole time when the Elephants were going to come out. That was her favorite part of the Circus! I loved the motorcross guys in that little ball cage...how amazing is that? I was so scared they were going to crash in there! I just asked Ben what his favorite part was, and he said watching Zo!

Circus 2008

How cute is this...first time putting her hand on her heart! Had to capture it on camera!

She was getting anxious for the show to start!

Wahhoooo! A Snowcone in an ELEPHANT cup!

Come on, who doesn't like a snowcone!
Ben had to eat it for her...she loved the cup though!

Zoey's favorite part of the show...the ELEPHANTS!

They are pretty cute! She kept asking which one was Dumbo!

I can ride a Bike!

So Ben and I thought it would be fun to start riding bikes! Who would have thought I'd enjoy it as much as I did! It was so fun, and a great work out! We took our bikes to the Jordan Parkway, and went for about an hour ride. It was so nice to be out as a family enjoying the PERFECT weather! Zoey loves to ride in her little seat behind Ben. Ben's lucky...she rubs his back along the way! We rode for about 35 minutes or so, and then stopped at this little park that was along the path. Zo had fun playing, and LOVED seeing all the ducks! Their was a ton of them!
Getting ready to go! She just had to try on the backpack!
Taking a break to play at the park!

Check out those ducks! This guy brought seriously like 15 loafs of bread! The ducks were in heaven!

Zo in her little seat! She was a little excited about finding a feather!

So this is my bike! It is probably at least 18 years old! It was my Grandma's, and she gave it to me. It works just great...just looks a little old fashioned. Do you like that seat cover?! Can't bring myself to remove it since Grandma put it on there!

We made it! I'm so glad we went out and did that! Now I know I can still ride a bike, and that I actually like it! I think we are going to keep this up! Sad to just figure out we like this, and now the winter is almost here. Oh well, there is always next summer!!

The Fair!

We had so much fun this year at the fair! Last year we took Luke for his birthday, and then had him sleepover. We thought it would be fun to make this a yearly tradition for Luke, so we went again this year! They have so much fun together, and get along so well. We love our Lukey, and are so glad he came with us! Happy Birthday Lukey!
They loved looking at all the animals!

As we walked through the sheep, they both just bbaaaahhhh'd the whole way! It was so funny!

Zo said the pig was sharp!

Yummy fried fair food! The kids just had chicken fingers...I had to have a corndog! So GOOD!

I sure love her!

Luke just loves Ben! (Ben, try not to smile! :-) )

I don't know why Zoey found this ride so funny! She's been on a merry go round plenty of times, but she just kept laughing!!

They LOVED this roller coaster! Check out those cute faces!

Luke loved the Haunted House. He went on it 3 times. Zoey however didn't. She wanted me to go with her, so I did. She cried a little in it...but when we got out, Ben asked her if she liked it and she just started bawling. After she was done crying, she said "Can we go on it again?" Crazy girl!

I would say this was both of their favorite ride! The just screamed and giggled the whole time. They would put their arms up for part of it, and then as soon as it whipped them around they would both grab onto the bar! Such cuties!

Saying Goodbye to the fair. They didn't want to leave, but a Churro always makes everything a little better!

Happy Birthday Luke! We love you!

Ok, I just had to throw this random picture in here! See anything a little odd? You see all sorts when out on the town!!
(Check out the guy on the very left...nice heels!)

SEATTLE

The Boy Cousins that were at the game!
A few weekends ago, Ben was able to go to Seattle with his family. He was seriously so excited for this trip. Not only to see his sister Shanna that lives there, but to see BYU play UW. Ben is a huge BYU fan, and LOVES to go to the games. Ben, his brother Mark, and parents all have season tickets. So this was a pretty big deal to get to travel to a different state to watch them! Everyone was able to go but Zoey and I...next time for sure we want to go! It was nice for him to be able to spend time with Zac & Shanna. He was able to see Seattle for a day, go to the Yankee's/Mariner game, see BYU play, and spend time with family!

This waterfall is near Zac & Shanna's home. How beautiful is that?

All the cousins, and their kids that were able to come out!

(Brothers!)

Luke was able to celebrate his Birthday there!

Happy Birthday to Me!

I'm a little behind on my updates! So here I go! Lets start with MY BIRTHDAY! I turned 27 this year...I can't believe it! I had such a great birthday this year. I told Ben that I don't think I've ever had so many people call, email, or tell me Happy Birthday...so thanks to you all for the Birthday wishes! I had a week of parties. I know this is so not like me, but I hardly got any pictures of them! The Spencer's had a party for Joann and I combined! Our Birthday's are close, so we don't mind sharing it! Happy Birthday to you too Joann! My actual Birthday was kind of low key. My sister brought me Cafe Rio for lunch. Then I got my hair done...wahhoo! It needed it bad! Then that night we went and got shakes and watched a movie. It was a great day! Then later that week my side of the family had a party at my Grandma's house for me. Grandma spoiled me by making peach squares for dessert...only my favorite dessert ever! Thank You everyone for everything you do for me! I love you all!
Getting ready to blow out the candles!

Joann & I at our Birthday party!

On the night of our party, it rained like crazy! Zoey was so excited because Jaime had bought her the cutest umbrella, and she's been waiting so patiently to use it! She loved it, and didn't want to come inside. When we got home that night, Zo and I continued to play in the rain. I must admit...it is kind of fun!

WOW! What a great night!

This may seem wierd that I'm blogging about this, but this is something HUGE to me...and I need record of it. Zoey is SO SO picky, and WILL NOT eat anything, and will throw a fit when I try to make her try something new to eat. This has been an issue since she started eating real foods. Tonight for the first time in her life...Zoey ate a piece of chicken! Yes, she eats chicken nuggets all the time, but I'm talking about a piece of regular old chicken breast! I could hardly believe my eyes...no tears, no forcing it in her mouth...all on her own! I did bribe her with a sucker and a slurpee, but still! I got all teary eyed! I'm so proud of her, and I know that was so hard for her to do that, but she did! Wahhhoooo!!! Hopefully this is the start of her expanding her food options! Way to go Zoey...I'm SO VERY PROUD of you!

Zoey goes to PreSchool!

WOW! I can't believe my baby girl is off to pre-school! She just goes once a week for a few hours, but still...I just can't believe she is old enough! She wasn't feeling very good for her first day, so she wasn't too big on the idea of me getting pictures. I'm lucky I got any! I was worried to leave her because she wasn't feeling good, and so she was being super clingy to me all morning. Once she got there though, she had a great time! When I picked her up she was so excited to tell me what she did! She got to see the hamster Poopsie, and they read a story about Gingersnap cookies! She's already asking when she gets to go back to school. We are lucky to have so many people in our neighborhood go to the same preschool, so she has a lot of friends in her class! I decided to ask Zoey a few questions, and see what she had to say...my friend did this on her blog and I thought it was a cute idea!
