Baby Brexlee!

We are SO excited that baby Brexlee is finally here! She is just cute as can be! We can't wait until April, when her and Dalyn will be coming to our house again! Congrats to Bryan, Jaime, and Dalyn on their new little addition to the family!

Has It Really Come And Gone Already?!

Wow! I really can't believe that Christmas is already over and done with...and it's already January! I know this is a little late, but it seems to have been so busy lately! We had a great Christmas! Despite Ben, Zo, and I all feeling under the weather...we made the best of it! We were able to have a laid back morning. Zoey didn't wake up until 9, so that was great! We all slept in! Then she came running in our room, and said "Santa Came!" The excitement she has is so fun, and so worth the stress of the season! Zoey couldn't believe it when she came out to the living room, and saw all the presents under the tree. Her eyes just lit up! You really can't beat that feeling, it's so magical! She got everything she asked Santa for. Guess she was a good girl this year! I don't know about you, but I LOVE Christmas morning with the tree lights on, and all the presents under the tree! It's so exciting!

After the excitement at our house, we headed off to Grandma & Grandpa's house!

We had a great lunch, and enjoyed spending time with our family!

Twas the Night before Christmas!

We started out our Christmas Eve at my Mom's house this year! We decided to do presents this year on Christmas Eve instead of Christmas morning like we usually do! It turned out great, and we had so much fun together! Zoey of course was spoiled rotten! Guess it pays to be the only grand kid! She got so many fun things. I would say her 2 favorite presents were her camera from Grandma, and her computer from Kimmy & Steve! Ben & I both got ipods! Wahooo! That's just what I asked Santa for! We played and ate for awhile, and then it was time to head off to the next party!

Later that night we went to the Spencer's for our annual Christmas Eve party! Martha always makes a great dinner, and we have a program that the whole family helps with! All the kids had so much fun together! We played games, read stories, sang songs, painted ornaments, and of course opened presents! Santa even came and visited us...that had to be the highlight of the night! Zoey wasn't shy at all of Santa...she went right up to him and gave him a hug! Zoey loved her Build a Bear that Grandma & Grandpa got her! "Hollie" and Zo have been inseperable ever since she got her! It was such a fun night, and we were excited to head home and get ready for Santa to come to our house!

Zoey was so excited to put Milk & Cookies out for Santa! Then it was off to bed! That had to be the easiest time we've had in awhile getting her to bed. The magic of Christmas Eve!

and Now!

We can't believe how fast 3 years have flown past! We have been so lucky to have Dalyn in our lives since he was just 3 months old! We love him so much, and already miss him like crazy! Zoey & Dalyn are the best of friends, and love eachother so much! Zoey tells everyone that she has a brother...that would be Dalyn! They fight like brother & sister, yet they love eachother so much! Dalyn's Mommy is getting ready to have a little baby girl, and will be taking awhile off work. I know he will be back with us shortly, but we will miss him so much. He's been a big part of our lives, so it feels kind of wierd not having him here. That's what we've known for the last 3 years! Zoey asks every morning if Dalyn is coming over today, so it will be a long 3 months! We are so excited though to have baby Brexlee come and join us.

On our last day with Dalyn we thought it would be fun to go to a movie. We went and saw Bolt...way cute show by the way! We had a fun little going away party for Dalyn! Angi, Christy, and Heather came along with all the kids. We had a great time! They had to bring their dogs with them to watch the show!
